Privacy - Treatment of the personal data - BUSINESS NAME Coding srlINFORMATIVE pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30(th) June 2003
Pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30(th) June 2003 (“Code about personal data’s protection), we inform You that we’ll treat Your personal data.
1. AIM OF THE TREATMENTThe treatment that we want to make on Your data has the following aims:
a) execution and upkeep of the underwritten service;
b) administrative and book-keeping aims requisite by law;
c) the rights’ defense of Coding srl in a judicial trial.
d) communications about product/service upgrade or about the risks of using the products provided uncovered after the purchase; data’s treatment aimed to the upgrade’s sending, mailing of technical communications, informative notes and software routines or elaborates related to the underwritten service; assistance or communications about changes of conditions or improvements to the service;
e) mailing of commercial informations or mailing of advertising material both on request and on promotional initiatives.
2. TERM OF THE TREATMENTThe treatment will be made with manual, software and data transmission instruments, with logics strictly related to the aims for which they have been collected and, anyway so as to guarantee the security and the privacy of data and in accordance with art. 11 subsection 1 of the legislative decree n. 196 of 30(th) June 2003.
3. OBLIGATORINESSAll requested data are compulsory.

8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTEDHe/She will always be able to exercise His/Her rights towards the treatment’s owner, pursuant to art. 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003. For His/Her convenience these rights are fully stated below:
Legislative decree n. 196/2003 Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The interested person has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data that interest him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible way.
2. The interested has the right to obtain the indication of:
a) source of personal data;
b) aims and terms of the treatments;
c) applied logic in case of treatment made with the help of electronic instruments;
d) personal data of the owner, of the liable person and of the designed representative, pursuant to art. 5, subsection 2;
e) subjects or subjects’ categories to which personal data can be communicated or who can know them as designed representative in the State’s territory.
3. The interested has the right to obtain:
a) the adjournment, the correction or, if He/She is interested, the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous way or the block of the treated data in violation of law, included those of which the conservation is not necessary, related to the aims for which data have been collected or subsequently treated.
c) the certification that the operations explained at the points a) and b) have been brought to knowledge of those to which the data have been previously communicated, also for what concerns their content, except the case in which this performance results impossible or it takes an employment of means clearly disproportionate compared to protected right;
4. The interested has the right to oppose, whole or in part:
a) to the treatment of personal data relating to Him/Her for valid reasons, even if relevant to the aim of collection;
b) to the treatment of personal data relating to Him/Her for mailing promotional material or direct purchase or for making market’s research or for commercial communications.
9. COMPETENT COURTThe customer accepts the jurisdiction of the Italian State, and in any case, He/She accepts the application of the Italian law independently from His/Her own residence or from His/Her own office, for any lawsuit that will flare up, between the customer and the owner of the treatment or between other persons who collaborated or will collaborate with Coding srl. The Court of Montepulciano (Italy) will be competent.
