The Cà dei Casài B&B is an old rustic family house which has been handed down through generation, set in the hills overlooking Lake Garda.

It has recently been restored but we have taken care to keep the old name, style and special atmosphere of warmth, of chatting cosily around the fireplace and of typical big and cheerful meals together.

The Bertella family ( the Casài) has lived in the farmhouse since the last half of the 18th century, after having moved here from a lakeside position not far away. Today the farmhouse has been reborn, not only due to our large family with four children, but thanks to our guests staying in the bed and breakfast.

We offer 4 cosy double rooms with ensuite bathroom, 3 with charming wooden roof-beamed ceilings. There is an internal courtyard for guests’ exclusive use where it is possibile to grill meat over an open fire.

The spacious private grounds, with a view over the lake, are ideal for strolling, relaxing, sun-bathing, admiring the sun-set or counting the stars…

Gaino is a peaceful little community situated at the beginning of the Camerate valley; it is made up of numerous little villages, sometimes no bigger than a few houses grouped together. One of these tiny villages is Folino, situated a few hundred metres from the centre of Gaino. Folino is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards; now quite a rare sight. From here you can join numerous footpaths for a lovely walk or ride by mountain-bike. Our B&B offers a quiet and peaceful setting but is also close to the shores of Lake Garda and in a few minutes by car you can reach areas of the lake which offer a variety of activities.
