One of the most appreciated by our guests is the proximity to the sea. From the terrace where breakfast is served near the lily pond, leaving the three paths leading to the beach.
Along the way you meet the houses that are home to most of our rooms, all surrounded by greenery and each with its own balcony or terrace.

We are in a place of great tranquility, surrounded by greenery and just on the border of the Natural Park of the Tuscan sea that promises clean and uncontaminated spots.
Our geographic location, central to the main towns of Elba, is the "Head South" an excellent starting point for those who wish to visit these countries in a few minutes drive: Capoliveri and its ancient village perched on the hill, Portoferraio with the Medici fortresses and villas of Napoleon and Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo with its elegant shops.

Travel information
* On leaving the port of Portoferraio follow the signs for "all directions"
* Following the four-lane road that goes from Portoferraio, turn left onto the ramp to Porto Azzurro
* After about 800 m at the traffic light: turn right Lacona
* The road climbs up to Colle Reciso the quarry from the top you can enjoy beautiful views of Lacona and Portoferraio
* In the bottom of the hill opposite the supermarket, turn left
* At the bottom of the straight again to take Porto Azzurro, after about 400 m on the right you will find the road leading to South Head

Hotel Capo Sud was built in its initial core in 1955 by Puccio a family that still runs today.
Since then it has expanded and has been renovated several times,
but has not changed is the welcome discreet and friendly.
The hotel has forty rooms in small cottages located in the large garden of 10,000 square meters, which overlooks the sea.
A few steps and you reach one of the most beautiful places:
The spectacular swimming pool, which overlooks the sea.
And this is our beach: one of the most peaceful of Elba even in the months when the island is more crowded.
The beach is reserved for our guests.
Adults and children can relax and swim in the pool with safety at sea and under the supervision of our lifeguards.
The private beach with umbrellas and sun beds are free for our guests.

- Up to 2 years € 12 euro/19 (free meals), cost to be applied even if the cradle is raised;
- From 3 to 6 years: -50%;
- From 7 to 12 years: -30%;
- More than 12 years: -20%.
Family offer: only 4 people in a room with at least one under 12 pay for 3.
Honeymoon: -5%, sparkling wine on arrival.
Air conditioning available in some rooms; be requested at time of booking, an additional charge of Euro 10.00 per room per day.
Small pets are allowed only during the low season.
All rooms have TV, minibar, safe, room service.
Use of tennis courts and parking: Free.

At the time of booking your stay, the customer has to pay the deposit of 30% of the cost of living.
In case of cancellation, the customer must give notice within 30 days before date of arrival. If the period of notice is not complied with, the deposit will be deducted from 'Hotel Capo Sud to compensate.
If the customer terminates the contract of hotel stay when you run the same, the Hotel Capo Sud still entitled to payment of the cost of nights booked until the end of the period and not enjoyed by the will of the customer.
