The farmhouse, very well furnished with style pieces, is composed by three apartments, each one independent and with a magnificent view over the surrounding valley. They're composed by kithcen, living room with tv, library corner and fireplace, double bedrooms and bath. Two of theese can be connected on request and it's possible also rent the entire property.
In front of the house, in a beautiful panoramic position with view on the surrounding countryside, rich of thick and luxuriant woods, is set the swimming pool with salt water.

The property is 10 minutes far from the historic centre of Città di Castello.
It's a nice town in the northern part of Umbria, near the most important Umbrian and Tuscan cities as Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Cortona, Anghiari, Arezzo etc.

To reach us you have to follow directions towards Cesena through E45 highway from South, towards Rome from North, then exit at Città di Castello South.
Next step is to follow directions towards Città di Castello for about 3 kms, go towards Pietralunga, and then you will find indications to reach Antirata “il Borghetto di Pedana”.

"Il Borghetto di Pedana" is an ancient stone-farmhouse of an old village: a rural house with its small church too. It has been recently restored on the full respect of the typical umbrian-tuscan house, maintaining the outside original style of the ancient farm house. Surrounded by trees, cultivated hills with wheat, olive trees and vineyard, it represents the typical umbrian farmhouse, set on a hilltop with a beautiful panoramic view on the surrounding countryside.
