Corinaldo is situated in the Marche hills, 18 kilometres from Senigallia. Surrounded by beautiful Italian countryside, and located close to Adriatico and Appennino, the area enjoys a dry and comfortable climate. A wealth of historical monuments are easily accessible form the hotel, as are excursions and links with central Italy, the mountains, sea and historic sites.

By car:- Taking the A14 motorway and exit for Senigallia (also train station) or Marotta (also train station). - Alternatively you can take the Senigallia exit and proceed along the small road "Corinaldese", following signs for Corinaldo that is only 20 kilometres from Senigallia (and Marotta). The nearest airport is Ancona - Falconara (50 km).

Il Giglio, is a beautiful 3 star hotel right in the old town centre of Corinaldo, which was once an Agostinian monastery and dates back to the XVIII century. It is three floors high and surrounds the old cloister in the centre.

Corinaldo was awarded the title of "turistic destination of excellence" by France in 2008 and is a truly lovely place to visit. It has a lovely atmosphere and is the birthplace of Saint Maria Goretti.
In 2007 Corinaldo was voted among the most beautiful towns in Italy and it boasts the best preserved medieval wall (1 km long) in the whole of the Marche region.
This is religious and artistic town. It is the birthplace of Saint Maria Goretti and is the ideal place to set off and visit surrounding places such as Senigallia Urbino, Loreto, the Caves of Frasassi and the marvellous Marchigiano countryside.
