Beautiful VILLA in the countryside, but not very far from the sea (10 km to S.Maria, S.Caterina, Porto Selvaggio).
The house is in the middle of a private park (of 3,000 square metres), surrounded by trees, palms and lawn, enclosed with a wall. In the park there is also a typical stone country house (“TRULLO”).
The house ( 300sqm ), which is on two floors, has got a ground floor and a basement.
At the ground floor, in wooden floor, there is a big living-room with a fireplace and three large window-doors which open into the park, a kitchen with an other fireplace and a direct access to a covered veranda, ideal for either enjoying a meal or relaxing, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with Jacuzzi and shower cubicle.
At the basement there is a very big living-room with a fireplace and a billiard table, a kitchen area, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower cubicle, and a laundry.
THE HOUSE SLEEPS in total up to TWELVE PEOPLE and you can find there all comforts: electric gates, video doorphone, cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, blender, dishes, washing-machine, iron, clotheshorse, hairdryer,TV, towels, sheets, air-conditioned, heating, verandas with barbecue, bikes.
A great bonus of villa is that it is only 300m walk from the town Galatone, near the “Monastero delle Grazie”, and when you can tear yourself away from the peace and tranquillity of this retreat, there is plenty to see in Salento. The famous towns Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto, Copertino, Nardò, Galatina are only max half an hours drive.
